This stainless header will bolt in place of the stock manifold and bolt up to a OEM style downpipe. It has 1 5/8" primaries and a 3" exit flange. This will work with our bolt in 2 1/2" and 3" downpipes. It comes with a new head to header gasket, header to downpipe gasket, and bolts/nuts/washers to connect to the downpipe. The factory exhaust manifold bolts can be reused.

If you run into a interference issue, the coolant tube can be rotated for extra clearance.

Fits 2.0L, 2.2L, & 2.4L. This header was designed for the Chevy Cobalt, Saturn Ion, and Chevy HHR. 

Does not work on turbo setups. 

Installation note: Do not wrap these exhaust pieces as cracking can result. 

Does not fit the 2003-2005 2.2 liter engines due to a different thermostat housing. Also does not fit on California spec cars with secondary air injection. 

Does not fit kappa chassis 2.0 or 2.4 cars, ie solstice, sky. Does not fit LEA equipped Chevy Equinox.
