One of the biggest pain points of modding a Cobalt/HHR/Ion comes down to horrible stock wheel bolt pattern from GM. 5x1110 aftermarket wheel options are extremely limited, and are generally not available in wider sizes that many desire. 

Our ZZP conversion kit consists of 4 brand new custom drilled wheel hubs and bearings in a more aftermarket friendly 5x114.3 (5x4.5) bolt pattern. Install these hubs, modify your brake rotors, and choose from any of the available 5x1114.3 wheels available on the market. 

Note: This product does require modification to your current brake rotors. We recommend a step bit in the existing lug holes to size up to the wider PCD or taking your rotors to a qualified machine shop.

LNF version fits 2008-2010 Chevrolet Cobalt SS and 2008-2010 Chevrolet HHR SS.

LSJ version fits 2004-2007 Saturn Ion Redline, 2005-2007 Chevrolet Cobalt SS. This version can also be used on base model cars with 5 lug bolt pattern.
